our motto is "calling sinners to repentance and challenging God's people to go higher."  this two-fold purpose statement sums up what we are all about. our first priority is to call sinners to repentance, which is our ministry of salvation to the sinner.  we are also, however, about challenging God's people to go higher, which is our ministry of sanctification to the saint.  these two priorities fall under the ultimate purpose of all things, namely, to glorify God.
